Generation Y isn’t too popular with HR culture. It’s seen as lazy, and not having the values required in the workplace. Others would say that Generation Y doesn’t just seem too interested in an outmoded career motif.

The idea of Teamwork has become a sort of fashion statement in the employment industry, with interview questions and a lot of rhetoric. Our employee sees this as a fable, and has a few suggestions for turning Teamwork into more than a nursery rhyme for managers.
