The soft counters work with notes. The hard count clerks work in hard the count safe where there are no interruptions. This is a basic casino job that requires no previous experience, though previous bank or cashier work is an advantage. The counting manager supervises the hard count clerks. You must have excellent mathematical abilities and be able to work fast. It is a routine job and not suited for someone that gets bored easily. There are no tips or bonuses and the pay is around to an hour.
