Hi, I'm not going to offer my services as "partner", but I can state my opinion: you can invest in a residential property because the money will come in greater amounts. But don't thi8nk that the option is safer, because you'll have to insure it agains various damages...and the insurance, as you might know, it's not cheap.
With the retirement plan, you can start doing that as if from tomorrow. You don't have to place large amounts of money in there...I believe you can even place 20-30$ a month if you want. It is upto you. |
