Hello everyone,

My name is Campion. I am 25 years old male from Canada. I have completed my graduation in commerce. I am looking for a job in accounts. I am not getting any job because I do not have work experience. I have given many interviews but there is no response.

I am new to this site. Please guide me how to get a good job in accounts.

Thanks
Campion

Are you sure the reasons for which you do not get the opportunity of an interview is that you lack experience or the way your resume looks like? Because if you want to work as an accountant, you better be sure you must have a resume targeted to this job. The experience...any company offers some initial training, otherwise how would a beginner in the domain would start? If you have the educational background, you should focus on that in your resume and state your availability for training.

Yes, double check your resume and make sure that it is focused on the job market that you are applying to. Also, make sure that you are applying to jobs within your schooling level and are not aiming too high. At this point, experience is crucial and the money part will follow later. Also, consider the possibility of an internship.
