Hi,
Is company "disability friendly"?
I want to tell you that I am suffering from brain tumor. I left my previous job because of this illness. Now I am getting a very good job of loan officer with handsome salary in a multinational bank. They will give me 1 month in house training. I will be permanent after three months of probation period. But I am not able to decide whether or not to join this company. Any time I will be admitted to the hospital. My doctor has advised me not to do stressful jobs.
Will I be able to do well in my job in spite of brain tumor?
Can I tell about my illness to my boss before joining the company?
Will I get some medical benefits from the company during probation period?

Your probationary period is not that long, and many companies require you work at least 6 months to a year before extending full benefits to someone, just to make sure they are going to be a dedicated employee. They may not cover you if you have a preexisting condition and do not tell them. Plus, coupled with the stress factor could be very bad. I think you might benefit more from coming clean in the long run. Try to find out what their health insurance is like before you say too much.

If you will display your disability you would probably only be in disadvantage. Simply because organizations would not want to make things hard from them. They would rather train a person whom they know will remain for a longer period of time.
Taking into account your illness and the fact that you should not work in stressful environment (I know it from personal experience, careful with that), you must be aware that they will check your medical background as well. I don't want to discourage you, this is not my intention, you should only become aware yourself of your real situation. On the other hand, I know people with this sort of problems who are just fine, working in important institutions and having to deal with people all day long.
