It really depends on the employer of course. A lot of the people I work with complain but my coverage is quite good. I pay $5 weekly out of pocket, which is deducted from my check before I ever see it so I don't miss it. I have Anthem, and my Rx's are usually about 10-20, as are my copays. I know most people don't have it this good, which is why I get so irritated when I hear my coworkers complain. A few years ago we did not pay anything and our employer asked that we start paying 5 for a person, 10 for couple, and 12 for a family. I dont think that is unreasonable.
