Hi guys,

could you please check spelling and grammer of my resume? thank you.
It would also be very kind to tell me what you think of the conten of the resume.

Thank you very much

Dear xy team,

I learned about the User Experience Researcher internship position for your customer service center in xy, California through your website.

My keen interest in operating at xy as User Experience Researcher did not only result from xy being the best employer to work for.
I have intensive experience in the areas web design and usability and user friendliness respectively.
This experience I would like to apply to support xy Enterprise in user gatherings and user satisfaction.

Ay my resume indicates I acted as web designer and web developer in different companies creating websites, where always both my employers and the costumers were highly pleased.
By acting as a volunteer in developing and designing the community www.xy.com with my team, I gained further experience in these fields. There, I manage the members having technical problems and other issues.
During my Work and studies I dealt with different programming and scripting languages and application programs as stated in my resume. This wide experience allows me to adapt to further application programs and programming and scripting languages quickly and easily.

My Bachelor’s and Master's thesis discussed also the areas of usability, cross cultural design, web user habits and behaviors, which I completed with the grade B.
There, I analyzed the web user behaviors and habits from different cultures as Europe, Middle East and East Asia. For this purpose I let different web user evaluate different websites to bring to light if these websites are user-friendly. Furthermore I gathered important criteria for designing websites and web user interfaces friendly, clear and easily operated. These criteria should increase the user satisfaction and user performance.

My communication and assistance skills are highly developed. For this reason I have worked as a foreign Student Liaison at the University of xy supporting the students in different situations as included in my resume. There, my languages I speak (German, Persian/Iranian and English) always assisted me.
As a Computer scientist it is understood to have solid technical backgrounds.

Please note, that I will arrange my own visa as well as health and accident insurance through CIEE. I also will obtain my own housing.

Thank you for your consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
If you would you like to discuss my interest in these positions or my qualifications further, please call me or contact me via Email. I will be available at your convenience.

Yours Truly,
xy

Not bad, just kind of long and I felt there were some parts in there that were not relevant to the cover letter purpose and should be saved for the interview itself. A cover letter is supposed to be a marketing tool and to the point about who you are and how your hiring could benefit the company.
