My former employer is trying to appeal my awarded unemployment benefits.
I have submitted many offensive documents written by my abusive manager
along with written testimony from previous employees. I think the fact that
the abuse happened is rock solid, but the company seems to focus on
"I did not tell anyone about the abuse" although I did.
If the Appeals Examiner is convinced that I did not tell anyone about the
abuse, (Which I did) can I loose my battle to keep my unemployment benefits? |
