what should be my salary
here are responsibilites
Working on Product management with marketing team.Running a E-commerce software EDEVIX for Website updating.Skuing out Alias.Fixing PE grids.Working with HTML source files. Rehosting JPEG, GIF files on the web.Downloading and uploading images and creating image gallery.Verifing and troubleshooting PE grids.Resizing,cropinng and sharpening the imgages.Retouching about 100 images in a day.Working with Microsoft Office Picture Manager,Microsoft office front page,Photoshop CS2.Compiling negative survey feedbacks. Updating Both the website beachcamera.com and buydig.com through the server of intranet.beachtr.com.Suggesting ideas for monthly newsletter.Work with Project manager/ Supervisor on open issues regarding markets & data collection progress.

You do a lot of different jobs, so it will be hard to determine from researching wages. But, look and see if you can get a general wage range for someone doing most of those roles with your level of expertise, and add a little on. Don't forget to adjust it to your local area's economy/demand.

Lexa thanks for sharing that great article! That is a wonderful resource.

There are many sites out there that can help when you're researching - one off the top of my head I've come across before is www.salaryexpert.com. Sites like these can be helpful guidelines if you aren't sure where to start.
