Free Career and Job Search Advice

Hi everybody.

I was in Bangalore for 35 days during July August 2007. Seriously looking for an opportunity and to relocate with my family. Before the arrival I had some contacts with some agents, some even registered (paid) agents. Desperate to say; I couldn’t see through any mnc and couldn’t even benefit from the agents.
I am 51, 22 years of total experience, with 14 years in the information system/business field around the Middle East and in the US. Right now this is serious thought especially the kids are finishing 10th.
Can somebody advice me what approach I should take for an opportunity in Bangalore.

Best approach is the cheap one. Don't do anything that costs money unless it makes sense.

Find advertisers online, email them. If you know anyone reliable in Bangalore, use them as contacts, preferably unpaid.

You'll need to organize interviews, visas, etc, with enough space to move efficiently.
