My old boss said that the reason I was being let go was supposedly cause on one of my jobs I had wrote down on a work ticket something that I said I had done that I really had not.. I told him that was not true cause why would I do that when I know they go back and check jobs from time to time.
But it had nooooo reason to do with the fact that work had actually came to a screeching halt for about a month. I did not think about it at the time but they can try an use that shit agianst me. but I have not even ever been given a write up slip or a warning...So my ? is is there ant way that I might can appeal this

Yes, employers will, and do, lie like hell in these matters. And these commissions will take the employers' word every time unless and until you can prove them wrong and what are the chances of that?

But because these cretins still preach that "time is money" and it annoys the hell out of them, I appeal these things as much as possible just to keep them tied and preoccupied with something so thoroughly ridiculous in the first place. You'd think that the employers were being asked/forced to continue writing you a paycheck when you apply for unemployment compensation....So get back at the greedy bastards the only way you can....

Yes, the dragon wins some times but, every now and then, the knights in not-so-shing armor also win one and you'll never know unless you fight back...

Nothing but the best to you....

There is a good chance you could win this appeal but you will have to prove your stellar performance and their lackluster judgment in firing you. You can do this thru any documentation you can get of your job performance, and any support you can get from coworkers or former coworkers who might have been fired under similar circumstances.
