Hi, very one, could you please help me to improve my CV and check it if there are ar any errors?.

Objective
Experienced telecommunication engineer looking for new and challenging opportunities in telecommunication field which allows career growth.
Personal Profile
Simple person, easy to deal with, a competent working in a team as I was a scout from early age, very ambitious, motivated. I strongly believe in my potential, my ability; and hard worker as long as interesting and challenging. Hasouna Jeffara System /Phase II.
Control and monitor of water well fields of North East Jabal Hasouna (NEJH) south and (NEJH) north, 90 wells via SCADA system, and 78 manually, managing water supply to north area.
Carry out the maintenance work of all associated electronic apparatus; RTU’s (Remote Terminal Units) DCU’s (Data Concentrator Units), PLC’s and modems for well field control system.

Telecommunication Engineer:
Brown & Root North Africa (Secondment) Feb 2001- Aug2001 Libya

Telecommunication supervisor engineer for the contract between GMMRA and SIEMENS AG Company (Contract No.216) relating to lying and installing of more than 1000KM of optical fiber cable with associated equipment include SMA1k, SMA1/4, FMX, and power supply system in 24th Station and shelter.

Supervising and managing a telecommunication team (3 engineers and 3 technicians) in Hasouna well filed area. That includes planning and arranging daily maintenance work schedule.

Looks good, just kind of long. I would evaluate the length and see if there is anything you want to remove. Also, in your introductory part about yourself it is not very punchy even though you use some good describing words to describe yourself. Maybe there is a way to jazz this up?

Is't Ok to start work expereience from the first employment , or should it be from last one?
