I’m just interested to see what everyone’s jobs are. I’m a marketing intern at a local company .I do really boring stuff, occasionally I get to help out with planning though. I hope to get a job at the company once I’m done my internship.
And yes, I know. Mark in marketing.
What does everyone else do? |

Hi mark,
I was gonna bring that mark-marketing thing up, so I’m glad you told us that! I work at a daycare center for kids under 6. It’s a little bit stressful at times as you can imagine, but I love kids so at the end of the day it’s ok. |

I work in the IT department at my college library. I mostly just help people out with their laptop/computer problems and play solitaire all day . It is a pretty nice job since I can do my school work while getting paid.
@ Mark- do you have a marketing degree? From where? |

Hi everyone,
You might think I’m a geek, but I’m a professional trumpet player in the Army Band. I love it!!!! We get to travel around a lot and music is something I’ve always been passionate about. If you’re musically inclined and are looking for a military job…try the band! |

James,
Yes, I do have a bachelor’s degree in marketing. I got it from Boston University.
Where/are you thinking of a marketing job? I would recommend it, it is pretty cool. I’ve heard once you get past the intern phase it is good.
Jenny- Glad to hear you’re loving your job! |
