My name is Crista, I am 15 turning 16 at the end of October, I am living in Stafford, Virginia. I have been looking for a job for the past few months, and can't find anywhere that will hire, becuase of my age. I am in the 11th grade, hard-working, up for new challenges, can help people out, and do house maintenance.

Sometimes being fifteen can making finding a job a challenge because of legal restrictions. Babysitting is one option for you, as is doing chores, yard work, or having a paper route. Though this list says 'summer job idea' there are a lot of ideas that could be useful anytime:
