I am applying for a management job. One of the requirements in this job si to have broad knowledge and experience in cultural issues in project management. I am not really sure what they mean by this. Is the management of different peoples or the knowledge to interact with people from different clients. This is a call centre job or this could be also dealing with callers from different countries, I am hesitant to call and ask , this could show a lock of knowledge the subject area.

Gosh, that's a very unusual way of phrasing things. I have absolutely no idea what they might mean by that.

If I were you, I'd call my local job centre and ask if they know what it means. Failing that, you could try an employment agency. Even though you're not on their books, they might help you anyway. It's certainly worth a try.
