I have hearted a lot of tips on how to have a successful career. But what is the main thing that makes you priceless in a company being the guy who everyone asks for and the person who unofficially makes things work. I tried to notice people like this in previous companies but they are all different and have different styles....

The truth be told, we are all unique in one way or the other. But in order to be priceless you have to be in a sense a martyr.

That means you need to be the person that gets the job done on time, the one who brings order when there is choas and the guy who puts in some weekend time without complaint. The thing iis people are often awaiting a patt on the back from others, dont.

You should be your own pat on the back. When you dedicate yourself because you want to and not because you have to then you shine through. Dont be an kiss ass either...have an opnion ans always present in an articulate and professional manner. And most of all resspect other people. Make them feel validated by truly listening to them...and lastly find your own way of doing things...only you can know whcih.
