I am looking for some Soft Skills Definitions which I can use in my CV. Where can I find some. I am applying for a job as a personal assistant to the customer services manager. In the job advert there was specified 'general soft skills' not sure what they mean by this.
How can I specify some soft skills definitions, so I can get an advantage over the other applying for this job ?

This is an initial list of soft skills that come to mind
telephone communication
dealing with enquiries
sales
passing on knowledge
ability to talk to all kinds of people
complaint handling
listening
writing letters and reports
general it skills
using word, excel
filing
using the internet
Soft skills are skills not directly related to your job but are mainly transferable to any job you do.
