Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field
Effective communications skills, written and interpersonal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to interpret customer needs and provide thorough and complete support is paramount
Demonstrated service orientation and flexibility in a team environment
Qualifications include proficient typing skills and a solid knowledge of Desktop technologies (Microsoft Office Applications, Windows XP, TCP/IP networking, terminal emulation, SMS, MSI and PC hardware and peripherals).
Shift flexibility is required. Schedules may vary from month to month beginning as early as 8 am and ending as late as 11 pm depending on shift assigned.
Helpdesk and/or Deskside support experience is desirable.
Experience with supporting Sales Force Automation systems (such as GeneSys, Siebel or Dendrite) and PDAs is preferable.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Salary $1600 - $2,000
