Hello:

I recently accepted a new job in another state. The boss wants me to start in around 30 days and I cannot financially and or physically make that move yet no matter how I try!.

I resigned from my current job...

Can I unaccept the new job and unresign from the current job?

we're talking about two different jobs, two diff. bosses and two different situations so I guess you're gonna have to work two times more if you want to succeed.
Why on Earth would you resign from one place if you don't have things settled in the other place? Ok...things are done and now you have to remediate them.
As far as I can say, you have two possibilities:
1. You talk to your new boss and explain the situation and ask for a prolongued period in which you can move and all
2. You go back to your former boss and speak to him honestly, telling that you have realised you made a mistake and you want to get back in. Tell him you think they still need your services and you are ready to go back whenever, doing you job.

Yes, you can withdraw your resignation if you feel like it, sure. I will even give you an example of withdrawal of resignation letter. But first you must analyze all the possibilities not nce, not twice, but three times, because you don't want to make another wrong step now.
Here's the sample I was talking about and something more

All the things that lilo said are true, but there are some "papers" problems in this situation you are facing.
Have you signed a contract with the new boss?
If you done that you must look what will happen if you quit.
Have resigned in good terms?
If not I believe that the former boss will absolutly not give you your job back.
