I'm not even sure if you can legally 'work' formally in the UK as someone under 16. I would ask your parents if they know family friends who own business who would be willing to employee you.

Another idea would be to try and get work experience with several places, they may not employee (or pay you) but if you do a good job they may hire you as soon as you turn 16.
