I have just left school in june 2009 after my last exam and now i am 16 years old and in need of a part time job. I am starting a college course in september 2009 its only 3 days a week, so i am looking for a part time job for some extra money and to go along side my college course. Iwill do pretty much anything.
I have work experiance in domestic cleaning and working in a nursery with children. But wouldnt mind trying something different.

I live on the wirral in rockferry but i am willling to travel for a job.....

please let me know if anyone has anywork or knows of any work going.

Sorry for the delay in reply. Your best shot for reliable part time work is the bigger employers, most of whom have good hiring schemes. It's worth your while to check out what's available with them first, because showing interest looks good, and you can get some first hand information about getting these better quality positions.

Another option, if you're interested, is the fast food chains. They give useful job training, and if the money's not too flash at your age, it pays off later, when you've got these portable job skills and can get better jobs. You can even get some management training, looks good on your CV later.

Getting jobs in the UK currently isn't easy, and you can use up a lot of time going for things and getting nowhere. The other reliable option is a temp agency, where you can do some admin work, and get another useful set of skills and good basic work experience. These jobs are usually much better quality than the casuals and average local part timers.
