Technical Support Engineer (6 Months Contract - Chinese) - Job Code: TS-Engr-AV
Technical Support Engineer - duration of 6 months
(renewable based on good performance, completion bonus), Salary up to $2.5k
Responsibilites:
- To provide effective and efficient end-user support on PC hardware, MS windows, MS Office and other application software
- To handle user request and problem escalation by IT Helpdesk, ensures IT SLA deliverable.
- Be a part of the Administrator team responsible for administration of Windows server and Windows active directory as well as managing system change request
- To maintain LAN & WAN network connection in ASEAN offices, ensuring network connectivity
- Provide support in ad-hoc IT projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 years of experiences in Wintel environment as well as hands-on experience on Cisco network product
- Posess good knowledge in Windows 2003 server & active directory, MS Exchange server, MS Office 2003, LAN & WAN network connection. MCSE & CCNA an advantage
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and travel
