From the perspective of CV Writing service provider, I agree with many of the comments that you have made. There is a company here in the UK that dominates the market by association only, they are in with Monster (UK) and some of the big name papers such as the Guardian so I agree that they can produce CV's in a conveyor belt style due to the level of business they generate.

I also agree that the website is of importance as it will give you a feel for their writing style. To add to their website testimonials also have value- what have the other clients said about their service could help you decide, particularly if they name a writer would indicate that they have had a specific experience.
