hi mate im ryan, i think that you are most prob 2 young for a job @ a shop or somthing propper. i sugest that you try a market or a car sales place washing the cars etc. any way good look and let me no how it goes.

Hi, im 14, live in Bradford, Yorkshire and i am desperate for a saturday job! To be honest i suppose i've been waiting for the job rather than looking for one. My uncle is supposed to be ringing me with a job but i have been waiting too long! That seems to be the only way to get a job now... working with a parent or uncle etc. I have read all the previous posts and i am now going to look for jobs but still some extra tips and help would be great!

Hey There!

My name is Emma and I live in Somerset - Weston Super Mare to be more precise. I have a problem. I feel the urge to get myself out of the house and doing something constructive for a change. I'm 13 and I believe (From the links on a previous reply) that 13 year olds are quite welcome into those sorts of businesses, I'm just a tad baffled regarding how to go about it.

I'm rather successful for my age. I'm secretary for student parliament, I have been on numerous sports teams, including Weston Hockey Club, I have brilliant abilities at computing and technology, I also have a special interest in the care for children. This may sound strange ( Very Happy

) But I am always babysitting my niece, and I personally find it rather easy!

Anyway, enough about me. I was hoping you could provide me with some information regarding businesses around my area who would be willing to accept a 13 yr old into their establishment.
