Hi - Im applying for to do Primary School teaching (in Ireland) and I would like to have more experience in dealing with children and so Im applying for some Special Needs Assistant jobs in schools to rectify this. Any advice - I feel thjat I am underqualified as I dont have much experience with those with Special needs....
