This question is seeking a response as to how you worked as part of a team, not necessarily leading it.
For example if you controlled the lights in a big west end production you wouls state how well you did it and how your lights helped to make the overall production a massive success.
To make it easier for you I would suggest that you always use the STAR format of answering questions as this will ensure the answer is as full as possible. Situation - talk about the overall picture, Task - talk about what was required to be done, Action - talk about what you did and then Result - talk about the positive result. |
