Well, it depends on the type of job you are seeking. Everyone has to find their first job somewhere, and many employers will take a number of factors into consideration when they are looking for prospective employees. If you have never held a job then you will most likely be limited to a job in unskilled labor, which will not pay you very much.
this could be helpful to you in your job search:

Without more info from you, I can't give you much more advice than that. If you can reply with more info, then I can try to help you more.
Hope everything works out for you! |

I had some working experience, but each of them is 7 or 8 months. They're related to export. I don't know what should I do to improve my current situation.
And I would like to know how to build the trust between ourselves & boss. |

Persuasion is a good manner to make your point or to make people follow you in some extent in your ideas. But be aware of the fact that employers (prospective employers especially) can easily feel any kind of manipulatory intention so....I'd rather go for improving communication skills first. Both verbal and non-verbal. Learn something about negotiating positions instead of how to persuade your interviewer to give you the job because the latter is relative and can be influenced by many other factors. Like personal preferences for example.
You see, to get experience you first need to ENTER a job, right? So....I guess you have your answer. |
