The best country to learn English is of course one of the English Spearking countries. Such as:
The Uk
The USA
Canada
South Africa
Singapore...
These are the countries that iwould suggest you to go.
If you say Uk is too cold then so as Canada may be you can try the USA, South Africa, or Singapore.

Hi,
Depending on where you are from I would recommend studying English in either New Zealand, Australia or Canada.
As an education agent in Taiwan I have found that my students going to these destinations have a better experience and better value than the US or the UK.

| Yes, unfortunatly we are cursed with cold weather over hear, i think most of the places you'll find in europe will speak english, but to learn it properly it is best to goto a country that is completly english speaking. No sure which ones in europe do though... |
