I feel my boss is not acknowledging all the work I do. He is slaking a lot in his work and I end up doing a lot of what is supposed to be done by him. I think this is an investment in the future.- My boss my job promotion. However his superiors do not know about this. They think he is doing all the work. How can I let the boss’s boss’s know what I am doing? Any thoughts?###

Well, stop doing the job he's supposed to do and leave the man do the job himself. You'll see later on what his superiors think about him and "his" abilities and skills. That's the way to handle difficult people
