If you are applying for another job, before you have left the old one, you better have a good reason why. Because this is the No1 question employers will ask. They will suspect that you had a clash of personaility with someone, usually your boss and the inference is that you find it difficult to get on with people. So think carefully before making a precipitate decision to leave your job before getting another one lined up. Employers will still ask you why you are leaving, so you better have a good reason. Employers can even call your old boss on an informal basis to ask why you are leaving or ask around about your company.
If you are in UK Ireland, Holland or Germany, and are tired of sending CV's and not getting any replies or requests for an interview and are over 18 years old, we offer you an easier way - no interview required and we can have you up and running within 7 days with your own work from home business. Dealing with this right now:

Why am I wanting to leave my job?

Because I know I go do a better job elsewhere. And they would appreciate it. And they would realise how often I save their butts from disaster Twisted Evil

Yeah...don't say that. But be honest. My answer is: I think my abilities are being under-utilised by both myself and my current job. I could be doing better by doing more in a different environment.

Just watch how your words come out.
