i am regie but you can call me ghie!..... am presently employed right now in a trading company here in dubai am a filipino nationality i want to try to apply to other country please advice me how coz my salary i receive here is not enough

I'm surprised to find out you are working in Dubai and still you are not satisfied with the salary you receive. Of course, I might not know the entire context of the story, but I can say that a lot of people all over the world would only dream to work in that place.
However, if you want to apply in another country you can use a networking technique and approach business partners of your current company. Or you can apply yourself after checking the job market and offers on the Internet. It also depends on what country you want to work in as well.

I would start searching job sites and looking for jobs on the internet as a start. Networking, updating resume/CV, and keeping an open eye and an open mind are the best things to do at this point.
