Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completion of assigned project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Responsible for Initiating/closing the projects, modules
- Prepare Project plan(s) including scope statement, assumptions & dependencies
- Direct, monitor & control the execution of project plan(s)
- Perform deliverable reviews, provide functional/technical leadership, and support team members in the completion of deliverables
- Must be familiar with systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
- To be responsible for implementation & adherence of quality process as defined by the organization
- Responsible for Quality Assurance review and evaluation and documentation of team procedures.
- Assesses performance, rewards results, motivates, and fosters matrix management.
- Delegates, integrates activities & resolves conflicts.
- "Risk Management" manages the project execution related risks by developing practical mitigation plans, and ensuring proper execution to lower the impact to the business."
- Responsible for stakeholder management and stakeholder communication including status reporting (PSR/WSR)
Qualifications:
- B. Tech / MCA / Graduation Should have executed the complete SDLC of atleast one project using Microsoft technologies like ASP.Net, VB.Net and SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle.
- Proficient in SQL server 2005
