Do you find yourself wanting the life that you don't currently have? Are you making a good salary, but still feel like you're getting no where?
Perhaps you've been plotting your escape route but feel like you have too many other obligations to take the steps?
Are you staying in your job because you know where your pay cheque is coming from?
Too often, people are trading in their lives for a job or a paycheque. As young people, you're advised to go to school and get a good job.
What is the definition of a good job?
There's a saying "money can't buy happiness." I believe that the same holds true for a j-o-b " it can't buy you happiness either. But of course, you:
˘feel like you should count your blessings during these economic times because you have a j-o-b.
˘lose sleep, worrying about if your job is going to be there tomorrow, or next week, or next year.
˘feel zapped before the end of the workday and you have nothing left of yourself by the time you get home from work to truly do the things that you love.
On some level, you know it doesn't have to be this wayŚ
