One of our client is looking for Executive ot Manager(Company Secretary) with 4 to 10 years of experience.
He should have the knowledge about Compliance of listing agreements with Stock Exchanges and SEBI Guidelines, Share Accounting, Share Transfers, Transmissions, Splitting, Subdivision, Issue of Duplicate Share certificates.
Skills:
Should have experience of around 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing industry with good understanding of overall Secretarial activities in manufacturing Industries.
Candidates from Pharma Industry would have an added advantage.
