Hi..frnds my sister completed 3 months training in wipr0 and now she got projection in different place but it is very long to her, in the mean time she attended another interview and she got the job and they gave on Cognos(datawarehousing).

I want to know if she leaves the company without any intimation will there be any problem?? But she is ready to pay the bond amount and she dont want any experience letter as she applied to another company as a fresher.

And also I want to know how will be the scope of Cognos in Datawarehousing, will it be nice in terms of pay and future growth?

Please.. she is very really confused which one she has to choose please...please guide her..she need your suggestions and guidance..

I think that the only one that can really answer these questions is your sister... This decision is very individual after taking to consideration many factors like payment, job interest, risk taking, career development and much more, and the only one can answer these questions is the one who's applying for the job.

Cognos is a very good tool. Data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) are growing fields in technology. I am a working CIO that has a career blog at http://www.directyourcareer.com. I just hired a Cognos developer for an excellent salary.

Hope this helps!

What training and certifications do you need to be a Cognos worker? Thanks!
