I am new to this site. I have been looking for employment on and off since 2008. I am in a unique circumstance: I left the worforce due to a medical issue, am now disabled and receiving disability benefits. I am looking for a telecommute opportunity, part time. I recently had a thought of trying to possibly find a company overseas looking to hire someone already in the US. I have a legal/regulatory background so any info would be much appreciated!!

Hi mmoore,
Welcome to the forums!
Check out WAHM.com's job listings (http://www.wahm.com/jobs.html). Updated often, they focus on work-at-home positions, including for telesales, consultants, writers and more.
The U.S. government has info on their website for job seekers with disabilities, here (http://www.usajobs.gov/individualswithdisabilities.asp). Some gov agencies have Selective Placement Program Coordinators (http://apps.opm.gov/sppc_directory/) that help match people with disabilities to government jobs. It said in one place that this type of hiring is reserved for severe physical disabilities, mental disabilities and vets, but these coordinators might be able to direct you to a good resource for finding a strictly-telecommuting government job, if they aren't able to help you themselves.
Here are the part-time, strictly-telecommuting positions (http://www.flexjobs.com/search?search=&exclude=&category=&jobtype=6&flex=<=All+Telecommuting&state=&country=) from FlexJobs.
Monster doesn't have the best way to sort through telecommuting jobs (and they're mostly sales positions), but here they are: Monster Telecommuting Jobs (http://jobsearch.monster.com/Search.aspx?brd=1&re=515&q=telecoomute&cy=us&lid=316&re=14#brd=1&q=telecommute&cy=us&lid=316&re=0&pg=1&dv=1)
Good luck!
