| I'm located in Ct. usa. I am presently working but due to compensation changes it has become impossible to meet my monthly obligations, if I leave on my own accord and try to start my own small business can I collect benefits while trying to get things off the ground, and if not, do I lose all rights to benefits being collected if after a few months the business doesn't make it? Any assistance in these areas would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance. |
