Hello, I am a teenage girl, 13, I'm situated in Weymouth& Portland and I've got a lot of babysitting experience, plus at high school we are using electronic babies to teach us even more!

I am really very interested in childcare and babysitting, and i enjoy looking after babies an awful lot!!

I will be very grateful if you could offer me any childcare jobs, i don't really mind what you want to charge me as long as its an average payment.

thank you for taking the time to read my post please contact me if you have
any enquiries Very Happy

Sorry for delay in reply. Since you've mentioned helping out the elderly, suggest you check out local community groups. There's usually something that needs doing, odd jobs, housework, etc, in that line, so you'll probably find something. Local Rotary, or other organizations, also do this sort of work, and should have some job leads.

It's actually very useful work, and does a lot to improve quality of life for the elderly, so you'll be doing something very positive. If you're interested in taking this further, you can also ask about training programs, etc.

I'm in Australia. There are a range of benefits from this sort of training, which can be done at certificate level at community colleges. Many of these jobs, at full time level, require some sort of formal training, because things like aged care associations, council support programs and others are governed by various laws.

Suggestion: You should be able to get some info from your local council about their requirements, and what's available. They'll probably be able to tell you who provides training in your area. Would have mentioned this in more detail in my original post, but I was concentrating on the "summer job" angle.

I was wondering about that myself. Perhaps it means you can do data entry at home, and smile a lot?
