I need help in writing a cover letter to a district manager for a company, i worked 2 ago. I worked there for 3 yrs and left that company on a good note. Now I want to go back and work for that company again.

Just make sure you find out who you are supposed to send it to and make sure you address it to that person personally. And I would also mention that you worked for the company, your position, and the relevant dates.
