If you wish to write a neat coverletter quick and easy, simply keep in mind the following bullets:

Do’s

Address your letter to the concerned individual/person.
Send an original letter to every place that you are applying.
    Use simple language.
Try to be unique with your letter.
Convince them that you are fit for the job.

Don’ts

Send your resume without a cover letter.
Depend on the employer to take action
Send a cover letter with spelling or grammatical mistakes.
    Rehash your resume.
