Hello!
I have a strange problem that I thought you could help me with. I work in a port terminal where I started teaching English to the General Manager. He gave me the opportunity to be part of the company but I don't have a job title, he told me to make my own. Can you help me define my job title based on the activities I perform?
Fist of all, I have a BA in Business Administration from CSUF with and a Masters in Administration which I studied overseas.
Activities:
I deal with all the international issues of the company, both internal and external.
I send monthly reports in English to our corporate offices in Hong Kong (this is a task delegated to me by the General Manager).
I attend to all meeting with foreign customers and help solve problems.
I attend all the meeting where English is spoken where I translate, and report to the General Manager on meeting issues.
I develop and translate formal internal and external letter, e-mails and project reports.
I am in charge of projects when they are in English or deal with a foreign party.
I perform customer service in English.
Basically, I must be involved in anything that has to do with English, from simple e-mail replies to project development and customers service. But I am also involved in quality projects in Spanish.
What can my Job Title be?
