So, I'm recently out of work. I'm young, decided to go in to the work force rather than doing post secondary schooling, and worked my way up to spending the last 3 years as a Regional Operations Supervisor for a manufacturing service provider.
Now, I'm out of work there and unsure of where to go next. I wish to get away from manufacturing and the industry in which I was working. I'm looking to continue with a leadership role, hopefully continuing to work my way up the corporate ladder. I just don't know what kind of position to look for that will suit that. Can anyone offer any advice? |
