From my point of view, you are entitled to sue if: you have the good arguments (he fired you for no reasons, you believe the reason is illegal - you didn't response to his advances etc etc) and you need to back up those arguments (witnesses - colleagues, former employees fired for the same reasons, former events of the same type - your boss being accused of sexual harassment etc).
