What's your personal opinion on what font/size is best for a CV?
Obviously you want to keep it to something that is legible and easy to read, but personally it hurts my eyes to read Times New Roman, and I have had several employers tell me the same thing. I think Arial, Verdana, or Tahoma are all fairly good choices to jazz up your CV a little, but keep it simple at the same time. As for font, I normally use anywhere between 9-11 depending on the individual fonts. Anyone else have any thoughts or suggestions about this?

Any of the fonts you suggested are fine for a resume. They are all easy to read. I try to stay at a 10 pt or above for my resume. The smaller the font size, the more difficult it is to read. Let's face it, not all hiring managers are spring chickens, right? Make it as easy on the prospective employer as possible.
You're including a cover letter with your resumes, right?
