Hi,
I like your resume. Good one!!!

ut I would exclude this phrase: "Formed to design a complete electronic system carrying out measure, acquisition, communication and algorithm commands possibly associated to a realtime OS." from the career objective and place it into the personal competencies area .

I would also come with another organization of the skills area and include among the ones you have mentioned the language skills and others. Just to make it more compact.
