| I am always confused as to how I should answer the question "what is your greatest accomplishment?" in an interview. I always go blank but when I think about it I do not really know what to respond. Its not like I have done nothing in my whole life which can be considered as an accomplishment but most cannot be classified as work related. Can anyone tell me what they have answered so far to this question.### |

Start a list of your small accomplishments, like completing a certain level in education, getting a small job, having a family, learning a musical instrument, etc. Make a long list, and don't worry about which are big or small, just list them all.
Then sit down and sort them out. Maybe get a family member or friend to help. Most of us cannot really see the good things we do and need an outsider to hold up a mirror so we can see the accomplishments we have made. |
