I have interviewed with some companies, but at moment all were unsuccesfull. I believed something not right, but how asked their feedback?

I have another interview next week, but this employer states pre-employment checking, I have terminated by previouse employer (of course, previouse employer wrote to say I walked away without notice, she just didnot want to say that she fired me.) so my worry is does this employer affect me for pre-employment checking?

Thank you anyway!

We see quite a bit of this, employers not fessing up to their own "work". The best way to approach it is to say there's a disagreement between the employer and yourself about the circumstances of your leaving employment.

If you have anything in writing regarding your termination, make a copy of it and bring it to the interview. That'll scuttle anything the former employer says to the contrary.

Alternatively, if you have a referee who can confirm your position about the termination, that will also help.

Preferably, do both, so the former employer doesn't have a leg to stand on, and your case is properly documented. If you have a termination payslip, or other evidence, that adds up to supporting your claim, and refuting theirs.
