Hi dear,

It's always a blessing almost to hear youngsters shouting for a job! It is great that you have the desire....now you must have the initiative as well...
So you're 13...tough age, ha? Don't worry...there are a lot of things you can do.

If you want to have a job as an independent person (not in a team that is), then try searching for people who need things done but do not have time to actually do them. I call for neighbours, family friends and relatives first Smile). Walk their pets, go to the grocery for them, do somebody's homework for a little extra money. And keep in mind that you should do what other people dislike or just wouldn't do for various reasons. Commodity pays a price...be ready to leave it aside Wink

The problem is that by no means are you to take a full time job...you're too young and you have to study. Good luck with everything!

Hi Shaza,

14 is the legal minimum age for paid employment in the UK. Nobody will employ you under that age. Your best chance is as Lilo says, some pocket money jobs for family, friends and neighbours
