That would be the only employer in the US that I've ever seen express "no experience, no training" like that. Seems unusually articulate. What's the job?
You're a bit off track with education and recognition.The US recognizes foreign qualifications. US accreditation of qualifications is ridiculously complex, when you're trying to find out how to get it, but it's simple enough when you know how.
Depending on your field of study, accreditation is documented by an educational body, statutory industry accreditation or a credential evaluation agency.

For local information, the colleges in your area should know who does this work, and you could contact them for assistance, or through employers, state professional accreditation, etc. |
