I am having a little difficulty on writing my cover letter for a new internship,
I recently Just moved to the United States from England so as far as my educational background goes i don't have one...
I emailed the company and they said that "they do not require that you have a certain amount or type of education"
How would i present this into my cover letter that i dont have qualifications or any educational background within the United States?

Thanks

That would be the only employer in the US that I've ever seen express "no experience, no training" like that. Seems unusually articulate. What's the job?

You're a bit off track with education and recognition. The US recognizes foreign qualifications. US accreditation of qualifications is ridiculously complex, when you're trying to find out how to get it, but it's simple enough when you know how.

Depending on your field of study, accreditation is documented by an educational body, statutory industry accreditation or a credential evaluation agency.

This is the US Dept of Education information on this subject:

http://www.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ous/international/usnei/us/edlite-visitus-forrecog.html

For local information, the colleges in your area should know who does this work, and you could contact them for assistance, or through employers, state professional accreditation, etc.
