I have a question about delivering thank you notes. I know that I am suppose to send these out after a company interviews me but I am nervous about factoring in the snail mail timeframe, mailroom sorting, and any other unforeseen mailing issues. I had thought about using Fedex overnight but didn't know if this was appropriate. I don't want to waste time or money only to appear pathetic or desperate. I have also thought about hand delivering these but thought this might look weird too and I don't want to look like I am stalking them. Am I making too big a deal out of this? Probably. Nevertheless, can you tell me what the best way of doing this is: snail mail route, express mail, or hand delivery? Thank you!

Hi,

well....it's not the problem of "making too much of a deal out of this" because I believe that thank you letters are quite important....they show you are interested.
I agree with you that options like fedex or direct delivery would sound "desperate" so I would still choose the email way. I don't think that it will get lost (nevertheless...you should have it as an attached document, not directly written in the message box), so don't worry about that, send it to the official email address they gave you.
